Indicate your working address (for students: name of supervisor, group, laboratory)
REGISTRATION FEES (Covers Cocktail, Banquet and Excursion) applied to participants having sent the pre-registration form before May 31st (please follow the payment instructions sent to you by e-mail, and pay before June 6th if possible, and before June 15th in any case):
Researchers 200 USD
PhD Students 100 USD
Late registration fee will be applied to participants having sent the pre-registration form after May 31st :
Researchers 300 USD
PhD Students 150 USD
The registration fee may be waived in special cases (support request is made in the pre-registration form).
Staying expenses at Hotel Amancay (housing and meals)
In the range 100 -150 USD/day (depending on type of room and room occupancy)
Financial support for staying expenses can be granted in special cases (support request is made in the pre-registration form).
Payment instructions will be sent to the participants after reception of their pre-registration form (see "REGISTRATION")
