Foreign visitors entering Argentina must present valid passports.
It is recommended to contact the nearest Argentine embassy or consulate in your own country, to have accurate information on visas and customs regulations.

If the Argentinian Embassy or Consulate requires a letter of invitation from the Conference Organisers, in order to provide a visa, this can only be sent to the delegate, provided he/she has registered for the Conference.

Entry fees (reciprocal arrangements): There are reciprocal fees for citizens of the USA, Canada and Australia. You are required to pay these fees as part of the immigration process. Citizens can pay the reciprocity fee before entering Argentina by accessing the following websites: www.provinciapagos.com.ar and www.migraciones.gov.ar .
